Come hear the latest about the City of Raleigh, Wake, Orange and Durham Counties and other recycling programs, as well as  an exciting new way to increase recycling of plastic bags and film, the NexTrex Challenge!

Join John Wilson, a documentary filmmaker and conservationist from Chapel Hill, as he shares this important and useful information about how to recycle more effectively.  The webinar is on Tuesday, April 29, from 7:00 – 8:00 PM and is hosted by Interfaith Creation Care of the Triangle, its Earth Friendly Practices Team and Orange-Chatham Interfaith Care for Creation.

John Wilson is chairman of the North Carolina Land and Water Fund board of trustees and a former board member of the Conservation Trust for North Carolina, Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation and N.C. Botanical Garden Foundation. He has produced several documentaries for PBS North Carolina and edited the video series, “Climate Stories NC.” Wilson has taught at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Hussman School of Journalism and Media, Dept. of Communication, and Curriculum in Environment & Ecology. He is a member of University Presbyterian Church’s Earth Care Team in Chapel Hill.
