Earth Friendly Practices seek to inspire faith communities and individuals to promote and take part in environmentally friendly actions such as recycling, tree planting, sustainable gardening and landscaping, renewable energy, fair trade sourcing and shopping.
The forum features conversation on the role of religion, ethics and law during a time of planetary crisis and political decline with national thought leaders Karenna Gore with the Center for Earth Ethics at Union Theological Seminary, Herman Greene with the Center for Ecozoic Studies, and moderator Susannah Tuttle with NC Interfaith Power & Light hosted by Binkley Baptist Church on April 20, 2024.
