Rev Dele (author) is a Climate Reality trainer, committed to mentoring spiritual leaders and Earthkeepers. The Breath of Life Bible Study Curriculum is a refreshing, free-thinking mix of science and biblical quotes, as well as Youtube music and videos that will inspire adult and young adult classes.
It provides well-planned activities for adults and children. Each of the 5 lessons includes focus scriptures, a gathering activity (video), opening prayers, teaching materials to support the scripture readings, time for reflection and closing activities. At the end of the document there is a wonderful list of all the resources and references used as well as lyrics to all the songs. My only criticisms are: Some of the links to songs in the lessons didn’t work, but I was always able to find the resource by searching for it. I also didn’t feel like the connection between some of the biblical quotes and earth care was strong. I highly recommend Rev Dele’s bible study curriculum!
