Congratulations to Dr. Ryan Emanuel of N.C. State University for leading a new study that found vulnerable communities across the country bear the brunt of oil and gas pipelines. The findings suggest that people in those communities are at greater risk of facing water and air pollution, public health and safety issues, and other negative impacts.
